Travel & Coverage
Benson Booths conveniently serves a wide area to bring the fun directly to your event:
- Base Coverage Area (No Fee):
Includes all five boroughs of New York City, most of Westchester, Northern New Jersey, and Southwestern Connecticut (within 25 miles of White Plains). - Beyond Base Area:
Travel outside the base area is billed at $1.50 per mile round-trip or a custom flat quote for long-distance travel, tolls, or parking as needed.
Booking Terms
- Retainer:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. This amount is applied toward your remaining balance. - Balance Due:
The remaining balance is due 5 business days before your event. - Reschedule Policy:
Flexible rescheduling is available within 12 months of your original date, subject to availability. - Certificate of Insurance (COI):
Available upon request for your venue or event requirements.
